I searched for this subject but didn't find anything relevant.

I've noticed the tasks were given to a single person, which means no double check.

Is the process of double checking under way? I mean having a wingperson having the same task and result of each must match.

Don't get me wrong. You know your job it's just I think it's safer to double check.
