No one has asked about GPUs, which shows remarkable restraint. But it is used on Autodock (as with Quarantine@Home), and of course WCG/Open Pandemics is trying to make it work too. So there would seem to be some possibility here. I am not sure that there is an advantage with efficiency (output per watt) as compared to a CPU, but it could be faster. Also, it would not be a good idea if it confuses the results. So I am not exactly waiting for it, but wondering. |

I did a quick search but I couldn't find any mention of GPU support for RXDock. It may be something that has to be built from scratch. |

Thanks for checking. It is OK as a CPU project for me. |

"...WCG/Open Pandemics is trying to make it work too." Funny how it worked fine for Scripps but Big Blue has to spend a year inspecting it. |

GPU support, especially if you go with OpenCL, so that both Nvidia and AMD GPUs can be used would be awesome. |
