Is there a problem with the export to BoincStats?

I have had 3 machines dedicated to SI-Dock over the past couple of days (before that they were SI-Dock /WCG) and the stats have been posted to BoincStats ?3? times each day until today. Since 15:00 UTC on the 16th zero where I would expect 40-50,000 credits.

Unfortunately, the history on this site shows less than 24 hours data so I cannot give more detailed figures.

Yeah, sorry, my bad. Was a refresh issue on my end.

And the missing stats at BOINCstats are a BOINCstats issue, as the proper numbers are showing up at Free-DC...

We've looked into this, and we just can't download the stats files from the SiDock server.
Out download gets stalled after 16kb, full stop.
Seems there's nothing we can do.

I have no problem downloading any of these files, even the 8.8MB hosts file downloads in a second.

True but SI-Dock and BoincStats need to talk to each other to resolve this problem - each saying "our end is fine, nothing we can do" it will never be fixed.

It would appear that other downloads are also giving problems :-

I suspect it is a firewall/Roskomnadzor problem - I can't access sidock from my home IP (dhcp), but it is fine if I go through a VPN

Any news on the Boincstat/Sidock issue solution?

I suppose we’ll just have to accept that, if you crunch for SI-Dock then you cannot also use BoincStats - a big shame. Time to start rewriting my spreadsheets to work with FreeDC which appears to be the only other stats site still up and running.

Thats why I said to ask BOINCStats. Depending on where a user/server is located there is access or not. The issue is in the middle but all SiDOck can do is have the files available, which it is doing.

This is why I asked the two sides to talk to each other and try to resolve it together.

I too am seeing problems with BOINCStats updating SIDock stats.

Since BOINCstats migrated to a new server (last month?), it appears to be receiving only about 15 KB of the SiDock export. When BOINCstats processes that truncated file, it can’t parse the XML and ends up showing stale or missing credit for SiDock.
To verify this, I manually downloaded the export: https://www.sidock.si/sidock/stats/user.gz. The file downloads correctly on my end at around 700 KB compressed and opens cleanly, so the export itself looks fine. Free‑DC also receives the full file without issues.
This suggests the truncation is happening specifically on the BOINCstats → SiDock fetch path. Since BOINCstats uses Cloudflare, and Cloudflare recently changed some defaults, it may be applying a small response buffer or bot‑detection throttle to BOINCstats’ fetcher, causing the ~15 KB cutoff.
Nothing urgent on my side (we still have FreeDC!) — just wanted to share the details in case it helps diagnose the issue. Let me know if you need any additional info.

Great news, everyone!
Seems like the issue has been fixed. My SiDock credits were stuck between 1,3-1,4 million but just now I see they have jumped to almost 1,7m which corresponds to the value found in users.gz mentioned above.

Only WCG still lagging with the update but we were told fixing it is not a priority (for obvious reasons).
