I like that we contribute to medical/medicine developments and goals.

Two thing has made an lasting impression on me and I would like to share this with you.

1. the contribution actually result in real life results in medicine. Papers are being written. Medicine is being developed and the scientific research and papers are crucial in this.

2. Recently I upgraded to my new i5 12600KF. And you (or actually rather I) wouldn´t believe how much faster it is in computing, compared to my previous i7 4790K CPU. (I understand and know the technical differences between the two CPU:s, MB, RAM etc. But seeing the difference in action, that was crazy in my opinion :)

Over ca 3-4 years I got a total of ca 3 700 000 "done work points" with the i7 4790K.
In ca 2 months I got ca 600 000 "done work points" with the i5 12600KF (contributed to SiDock@home).

Ps. In Sweden, where I live, the BOINC is a good heather, since the CPU gives heat to the room where the computer is. Win-Win :) True also for any cold climate, I guess.
