Hello,
I recently joined this project.
After adding this project in BOINC, I got a message from Gridcoin application, the there is a splitted Cross-Project ID.
Checked my profile, and found out that the Cross-Project ID is not the same as the one I have in BAM.
I can't find anyway to update it, in the site.
Who can update my Cross-Project ID?
Thank you,

Techman

Hello,

as I gather, only you can fix it at your side. Following this post,
you can either (1) ensure your email addresses match across all the
projects you signed up to, connect all your projects to one host and
wait 'up to 14 days' for the CPIDs to settle. Or (2) follow the steps
listed in the post to fix it immediately.

Please tell us if you managed to fix it.

Hi Natalia,

I use the same email address for all the projects. And this is the first time, I have this CPID splitting issue.
I fixed the issue, following the post you've provided.
At first, I removed the project, added back , and updated. In the project site, the CPID changed to the correct one (the old CPID), although, in Gridcoin app, was still showing the new one.
So, I followed the other part, where I had to shutdown BOINC (manager and client), edit the client_state.xml file, to replace the new CPID with the old one. Then, started BOINC again, and Gridcoin was displaying the old CPID, for this new project.
Many thanks for your help!!!
