Dear all,

with your help, we have processed 15 targets already! It is a huge computational work, the results of which are being processed by our team and colleagues. We are working on two papers which will be available to the public as early as possible. We also continue computations for next targets. During March, April and May, project's performance was fluctuating around 250 Teraflops. We took this advantage to prioritize SARS-CoV-2 targets on top of the other research. At the end of spring 2022, we are 6426 active participants with 4493 computers.

Thank you for the update, much appreciated. With target 16 is there any focus on SARS-CoV-2?

All current targets are SARS-CoV-2. When we switch to Ebola or other virus, we will say so in the news.

This international scientific drug discovery project is going diligently on!

with respect to our previous target study plans, there were some alterations from the plan published in Project status: March 2022. Namely, after nsp14 we continued with SARS-CoV-2 targets. We are studying allosteric binding sites on SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro and PLpro proteases due to engaging results and collaboration towards further illuminating 3Clpro and PLpro drug design potential. Sadly this pathogen causes global health problems and is still of grave concern. However computational engagement on these studies are coming to an end and we are turning our attention toward therapeutic targets of the Ebola viral pathogen to return back to SARS-CoV-2 on demand.

I joined this team sometime ago & have yet to receive anything to process? Is the project over?

I have Virtual Box on a MacBook Pro & was going to put this up on my Windows 10 desktop, but if data to process is no longer being sent out, maybe I should just delete the project?

There are 64 bit Windows and Linux apps, it should run in your VM, plenty of work currently.
