The work by upgrade is completed. Project database, website and request processing migrated on pair of mirrored SSD, workunit files (as previously) and uploaded results placed on mirrored HDD.

A lot of the results that were accumulated on my computers during offline period of the project are invalid (those machines usually do not generate any invalid results at all). Do you see any possibility to rescue these work units or the invested run time?

Same here, almost 800 units uploaded yesterday declared invalid and increasing.

Strange, all of my WUs that uploaded after the upgrade have validated clean

The validator could not find these files. Looks too strange, because before copying of directories we stopped all services of project and apache2. No any files could be uploaded on project server after apache 2 stopping and files copying. May be during works logical error in workflow occurred.

I remember my wu's uploaded during a short availability slot in the morning, then the site was again unavailable till several hours later when you announced the return to normal behavior.
